  • In 2013, free information to the public increased 12 percent. The BBB of Denver/Boulder provided more than 3 million BBB Business Reviews and Charity Reports to the community.

Promote Fair Advertising

  • The BBB regularly reviews local advertising and requests substantiation or modification to concerning ad claims to create a fair playing field for the marketplace. The BBB of Denver/Boulder conducted 342 advertising reviews in 2013.

Help with Disputes

  • More than 25,000 complaints were handled by BBB staff in 2013. This is a free service for the businesses and consumers.

Serve as a Community Resource

  • The BBB of Denver/Boulder answered thousands of calls from the public, participated in several community outreach events, and provided constant information to the media, government agencies and the public in 2013.
