- The BBB regularly reviews local advertising and requests substantiation or modification to concerning ad claims to create a fair playing field for the marketplace. The BBB of Denver/Boulder conducted 342 advertising reviews in 2013.
Help with Disputes
- More than 25,000 complaints were handled by BBB staff in 2013. This is a free service for the businesses and consumers.
Serve as a Community Resource
- The BBB of Denver/Boulder answered thousands of calls from the public, participated in several community outreach events, and provided constant information to the media, government agencies and the public in 2013.
